I've always had problems with overeating/binge eating but was running enough that while I was still a little over my racing weight (5-10 pounds), it wasn't noticeable.
Unfortunately I've only been running on and off the last few months and the pounds are starting to pack on.
I want to try to kick this nasty eating habit and get into shape (I feel like losing some weight would really expedite that). Right now my runs aren't that fast but I can run for distance, and it's not unreasonable for me to do 60-90 minute runs every day.
Any suggestions on good tips as far as eating goes? I've found my biggest problem is when I visit my parents (who don't live too far away from me), and just go crazy there and pig out on everything (doesn't help that they encourage it). I can usually be okay during the week but the weekend really sets me back and often it rolls over into the next week too because I'm just addicted to all the junk.
