ran my first 5k in a 19:50 this past week. how can i improve my times? every month I am running a 5k race so i hope racing constantly will help.
as of where I am at right now, i ve been reading the forums here and it seems the consensus is to run more? not even doing speed just bumping up my mileage?
I am running maybe 10-20mpw 2-3x per week. I am a bike rider so running isnt my main but id like to start running more since racing was a lot of fun!!
