Jose Hermen
Hermans did point out that Bekele will race in the fall, a major marathon where he will race fast. Then, Jos Hermans revealed that Bekele will rest, then go to the track, perhaps the 10,000 meters a the Prefontaine Classic.
Kenenisa had lots of energy left. Had he known he was close to running 2:04, he could have pushed with 1.5k left. He only found out about the course record in the finishing straight.
I hope he stays healthy and trains hard as he will wow us 1 more time.
Kenenisa (Anbesa as we call him in Ethiopia) is the best distance athlete since Abebe Bikila, of also Ethiopia!
Mo Fara can thank his lucky starts KB got injured in 2009. He would not have beaten the great Kenenisa at his best.
