I'm finish my first half marathon in early May and then jet-setting off to Europe to backpack for a month. I'm planning on signing up for a full marathon in mid-October and believe I'll have a pretty good chunk of time to train after I get back from Europe. I was hoping to get some advice on how to keep up my fitness while I'm living out of a bag and traveling through different countries. I'm not sure running is really an option since I'll be in a lot of unfamiliar areas where I don't speak the language (and I'm especially geographically challenged).
Any ideas for some good 20-30 minute workouts I can do in a hostel or a park? Or other suggestions to keep up my fitness?
Thanks!
