Judge send him off to a treatment facility (ie a vacation resort) instead of the usual punishment, and taxpayers have to pay it instead of his parents? So outrageous it's almost comical.
It's amazing what having the money to afford a nice lawyer can do for a legal case. There is a reason jails are filled with the poor.

The Drunk Driver got drunk and knowingly operated his vehicle knowing how dangerous that was. After knowing this he drove anyway and 4 PEOPLE lost their lives. One man lost his wife and daughter. And this guy gets off with no jail time???
