Tuesday: 400m race in 55.10, 800m race (small meet and only the 100m in between as rest after the 400m; also I was in the slow heat and won my heat; my seed time wasn't right) in 2:19.x

PRs: 200m time: 24ish 400m: 54.5 (sophomore year), 800m: 2:11.2x (sophomore year), 5K: 18:55 (Junior year) I'm currently a senior (junior season ended due to injuries).
Times ran this year at meets:
3/07: 57.07 (ran with walking pneumonia)
3/13: 2:18 (couple of days after antibiotics)
3/20: 2:14/56.72/57ish
4/03: 2:14/55.34/2:22/56ish
4/07: 2:12.16
4/08: 55.10/2:19/55ish
Before anyone tells me "You're training wrong!" I know I am; I got walking pneumonia twice this year (once in early March and once in late December). I've only been running for about a month due to this, and I have to run fast NOW. Sectionals are in 13 days, and County is Tuesday.
I'd love to here opinions on a time prediction for the 800m at sectionals (in 13 days), and a prediction on my 400m time for county (on Tuesday). Thank you for your time.
