Who cares how many people have signed up in the first few months, or how many people have paid, or how well the website works. Those are all red herrings.
Rome wasn't built in a day, and Obamacare's success should not be determined by the outcomes of half a year. Germany has had a system very similar to Obamacare for the last 131 years, and they don't have any of the problems people have feared will result from Obamacare, nor many of the problems we had in the previous system.
