I think the runners with odds of 5-1 or more actually have a good shot at winning this.
I was thinking G Mutai 6-1
Mo Farah 5.5-1
Kiprotich (Olympic champ) 12-1
Jeilan 18-1
any others?
Who ya got?

Go with my boy Jeilan and cash out your 20k Monday morning. Good bet!
Jeilan will beat Mo Farah. He is out for revenge.
If Mo can come in 2nd, Jeilan is sure to win.
Put your money on Jeilan.
All I know is Mo is severely overvalued here.
Jeilan has awful form, not conducive to marathon running- although he does seem to run on pure hatred for Mo Farah. Under no condition should you bet on Mo. He has basically said he is running for not-first place.
I think Mutai is the obvious one and I don't understand how Mo is supposedly more likely to win than he is.
um.....ever heard of Jordan Hasay?
Joffrey

Because book makers adjust odds according to bets placed, they are in business to make money, they could care less who wins, just what odds make them the most money.
I would say G. Mutai is the best value, especially after winning the NYC half over Farah and proven himself at the distance to be able to be the best in the world. Can people in the U.S.A make bets on this? If yes then where?
Jeilan
You just copied my picks minus mo from the last thread.
Here are the odds if anyone's curious.
You'd have to be instant to bet on the london marathon and not pick Mutai.
Unless there's inside info about his poor fitness
Vail - remember that he said that we get to choose who he bets 1k (I assume 1,000 pounds) on. Everyone pick Vail. Go pro-American.
G. Mutai - 2:03:45.
Kipsang - 2:03:50
Farah 7th - 2:06:12. British Record!
Is feyisa lelisa in bad shape or something? He was at 20/1
Is there any way to bet if you live in the United States?
Also I feel like Wilson Kipsang has a good shot to win too.
G. Mutai, Kipsang and Kebede, in that order. Mo will finish in 2:06ish, maybe 6-7th place.
Kipsang, Kebede, Mutai, Lelisa, Kiprotich, Mo, Julian in that order

Jeilan lurches in a clumsy way but it is effective so it's not bad form. He is like Ngugi.
