Been running 60mpw on average for the past 2 months. I haven't felt very good like in the past. The runs feels sluggish, I'm always tired, and even concentration at work is hard.
The thing is that I can still run a 4:05, 1620 5k, and 1:59 800. For me, those are not where I expected to be. Honestly, I usually would be running 3:55, 15:10, and 1:55. So even though I can pull off somewhat decent times, can I still be anemic?
I'm just really confused at this point. I can't hit my interval goals at all. Every Mile race I have been in, I feel like dropping out after 800 meters. I have not felt good in one race.
Appreciate any real help with this. I'm feeling a bit depressed.
