Defar held the indoor wr at 9:06.26 and Defar currently holds the outdoor one of 8:58.58
ouch, couldn't change gears the last 200m huh? like a rupp type deal. would have been nice to get under 9:00, but still very impressive
Doped up ?????? She's bio mechanically the best female I've ever seen past and present there's no rocking she just glides, you look at the youngster coming through like Judd and Cain there light years behind her, but I guess when they go and run something amazing in the future there be doped up
Dibaba sucks and I'm drunk again.

Three doped up records in the span of what - a month?
Ramzi looks like a saint by comparison.
The ignorance on these boards is amazing at times. All World Records aren't necessarily doped. I dont know if she is or isn't but this doesn't remind me of Ramzi at all.
1) I've long thought women should run way faster than they do in the middle distances. Think about it. There are slew of women who can run sub 2:20 in the marathon but basically none that can run 4:15 in the mile?
2) Also she's got good genetics.
3) She's a former youth star.
This is pretty much the opposite of Ramzi.
LRC already has a recap up. Incredible:
