Who parties the hardest and has a good team?
Who parties the hardest and has a good team?

I'm not aware of any program that "has a good team" and "parties" hard.
Let me make sure that I understand, though: by "party hard" you mean "get shitfaced drunk," right? What kind of team (or individual athlete, for that matter) with serious goals would do that?
I party so hard they call me PARTY SO HARD
Arkansas, Tennessee, and NC state threw down hard in early to mid 2000s.
People are always so surprised college aged athletes party hard.
Anybody who ever had Irish runners on their teams.
There are teams that run well and party hard. What are some of the best track/xc parties that you've been to or heard about?

You're joking, right? Ask anybody who ever ran for a NESCAC school, at Tufts we always ran at a very high level and were known for some sick parties.
Well, most people on teams are 17-23 years old, and obviously no one under age 21 would drink at all; so it's probably whichever team has the most people aged 21+.
So I'm guessing BYU.
My friend ran XC and track for LSU and he said they went hard. I definitely believe him.

BYU is already constantly made fun of for doing nothing.

When you find out where the party is, don't go. You won't understand what is going on.
University of Victoria Vikings in the 1980s. Including the legendary celebration after Canada West Cross-Country, fall 1982, where the coach led the team onto the dance floor at the end of the night to gather in a circle and chant, "The Vikes Win the Party! The Vikes Win the Party!"
The slow ones. Exactly. What a moronic thread.
It varies from year to year depending who the team leaders are and what their partying habits are like.
Back in the 1980's when I was in college every team from the NCAA Champs down to the worst for the most part partied hard.
I don't know if that's changed much. Arkansas was probably the best team that partied the most with the only exception being Falcon.

LSU partied hard from 1995-2010 or so. Current team does not live up to the standard of stealing golf carts, going out five nights a week, and multiple arrests per season.

Pittsburg State in Kansas goes hard
