Just to let everyone know I did Core-X tonight for the 3rd time. It is actually a great core workout when you can coordinate the moves. The first 2 times I did it I was very unsure of the movements. I am doing the beginners one but can feel the core-burn. It takes about 20-30 minutes to do. I am going to start doing it every night before I stretch and go to bed. I am trading off my nightly walk for this.
Still fighting gluteal minimus/medius fatigue from my new strength excercises from my kineseologist. thank goodness I am getting a massage tomorrow.
Tired of the deep ache in the glutes and legs....Thought that was behind me but i did not realize how weak my glutes are. they have been on shut-off for close to 5 years.
