Given splits of 60/68, or even 62/66 for a 5/10k runner, you really need to question the underlying fitness. A four-second differential (or six!!) in a well-off-PR-effort is not good news for a distance runner in the 800.
So, the real question isn't whether she was knocking out 62s, but the rest she was taking in doing so. Can you tell us? If it was a 200 jog or less for >6 of these, yes that is a damn nice workout.
(Given that the usually-reliable Hardloper estimated the opening 400 as 59/60 and it turned out to be 62, we should of course take all reported splits and workouts with a grain of salt.)
