So Biwott beat 12:48 man Yenew Alamirew in a 10k on the 31st. Then he ran a 1500 on Thurday - 2 days later.

What were his splits?
Is that surprising??
What was the 10k time? And what were the splits in the 1500?
3:44 is for the winner, the Ethiopian. Since Biwott finished sixth, he probably timed around 3:52 which is still very impressive for a marathoner.
28:31

Renato said Wilson's speed was 4:05-4:06, so I would imagine Biwott could run 3:46-3:47 when not tired.
Near the equator...hot and humid for the 1500.
All of the top (let's say 2:05 or faster) marathoners run close to if not under a 4:00 mile. Even the consistent 2:08 man Kawauchi can run sub 4:10 and he is as slow twitch as it gets.

Given your posting record, you're clearly an expert on useless posts.
