I'm a sophomore in high school and I am wondering about how high my mileage should be this winter as I try to build a good base. I don't usually run high mileage at all. The highest I've ever run was 55 during the summer. I usually was around 35 in the summer though if I had to guess.
Freshman PRs- 1600-4:46 3200-9:55 5000 XC- 17:05 5000 on track- 16:19
I ran 16:13 in cross this year if those times help to determine what my mileage should be.
