Recent evidence suggests he is indeed innocent.

Oswald could not have killed Kennedy with that rifle. Only Annie Oakley could have at that range with that crappy rifle.
Guilty of shooting Kennedy.
The larger question is whether he acted alone. After decades of research, no one has conclusively proved otherwise. Lots of elaborate conspiracy theories that bundle together all kinds of circumstantial evidence, probabilities, etc... These theories all conveniently ignore conflicting evidence.
Was that a hard shot from the school book depository? Yes. Was it impossible? No.
Oswald must have been trained by the Soviet KGB to get that shot. No regular human could have hit a person in the head moving that fast by car.
There is no evidence that he used PEDs.
Well, the MSM insists he is guilty and has for 50 years.
You do the math.
Kennedy was killed by powerful people for drawing down on the Soviets, causing the Cuban missile crisis and nearly getting everyone killed. Those same people saw to it that he was martyred in the process, so that the people would consider him a hero and never guess the truth.
Kennedy had two realistic options when the Soviet missiles were discovered.
option 1: accept that the US short-range first strike advantage was obsolete, which was already inevitable due to missile subs, and quietly negotiate to swap out the Cuban missiles for NATO's missiles in Turkey.
option 2: shout about the missiles from the rooftops, commit an act of war by blockading Cuba, hope the Russians give up, and when they refuse, quietly negotiate to swap out the Cuban missiles for NATO's missiles in Turkey, plus publicly promise to never invade Cuba, plus nearly start a nuclear war.
Whoever it is who really runs the country was not likely pleased about the near-nuclear-war part, considering it was entirely unnecessary and reckless. Kennedy had also had trouble overruling his top brass which wanted direct attacks on Cuba. A hothead president who is unable to control his own subordinates is a nightmare who belongs nowhere near the nuclear button.
Those who accept that Kennedy handled things well fail to contrast it with Cold War incidents since then, which are handled with careful and elaborate diplomatic protocol to keep provocations from blowing up into big confrontations. In the art of nuclear brinksmanship, Kennedy's actions are an example of what never to do.
Aliens killed Kennedy because they were angry about the space race. The US was getting too close to finding alien space stations so they had to protect themselves. You'll notice that the US space program was largely disbanded after the aliens killed JFK.
The US government framed Lee Harvey Oswald for the assassination because they didn't want to alarm the public with the truth. Oswald was actually complicit in the conspiracy and his family has been well provided for.

Unquestionably guilty of killing Tippit.
you conspiracy folks are funny.
Of course he was guilty. That's not to say there weren't others behind the plan, but he undoubtedly pulled the trigger
Guilty. He did kill officer Tippit. He did fire at JFK. Did he act alone? Probably not. The most damning is the head shot. The backward explosion does not come from a shot from behind. (There is one explanation and that is the brace he was wearing) but that gun was a piece of crap and any serious sniper would have been better armed.
There is much profit in conspiracy theories. Vincent Bugliosi, former prominent prosicuting attorney, put them all to rest in a massive work about five years ago and proved beyond any doubt that Oswald acted alone. Anybody going through that book has pure disdain for the lying profiteers who gain fame and make a living by perpetuating myths. Oliver Stone was the worst of all.
Wait a sec, I thought CGB Spender, the Smoking Man, killed Kennedy

wrong
a close analysis of the film shows that JFK's head snapped forward first - and more quickly than it moved back after the bullet hit his head.
his head was already dropped forward, his chin was almost on his chest after being hit by the first shot. so a shot to the back/top of the head could easily drive his head forward (and his head did move forward first) and the recoil could easily cause it to snap back

Stone's movie is so full of B.S.
here's one list:
http://mcadams.posc.mu.edu/jfkmovie.htmInnocent. The American people needed someone to blame.
Oswald shot at Kennedy, but did not hit him.
The kill shot came from behind Kennedy, and was fired by one of his secret service agents. That agent shot wildly toward Oswald's position from a rapidly accelerating and moving car. He ended up hitting Kennedy in the back of the head by mistake.
All of this can easily be proven but never will be.
