Seeing all the other marathon cheater stories, the thing that sets Kip apart is that he's better at it. His splits almost make sense and he has a detailed plan involving wardrobe changes. It's not like the London guy who ran the 2nd half in 3:38 per mile and says he just trained hard, or the woman who runs 14 minute miles in races and splits but somehow gets a couple BQs. And Kip is cheating to get times that are only marginally out of his ability.
Give it up for Kip. He's still the best.
