Ya, that post was ridiculous. It's almost as if it was a joke.

Way to stereotype Orlando. I'm guessing if you have been to "Orlando" it is just the theme parks. There is a whole lot more to Orlando than just that. But hey , that doesn't fit your narrow minded views, so flame away...
Pine hills aka crime hills? Did Litton ever think to measure and certify his made up races with the Usatf?

Was there actually a Pine Hills 5K or not?

If you're cheating and taking money for placement, I'd say that's theft.
Agreed. But how difficult is it for law enforcement to get an arrest warrant for something like that? I believe There may have been a few races where Kip won prize money such as top master at Rochester 2010 Marathon (Rochester, NY). Does anyone know?

Kip's Missoula Montana performance is ridiculous. Obviously he miscalculated when he'd come back on the course as this race was at over 3100ft which means if he wanted to cheat he should have at least crossed the line In a more credible time instead of sub 2:4X near Kyle Strode. That race really F'ed him over & got the ball rolling
+1

Sorry, I'm in the camp that believes he's truly a made up person and nothing else. Is he one of his facebook friends?
If so, then I'm sure he's made up as I know people who have done the same thing which I find goofy and insecure.
They make up a person from another state who praises them about whatever it is they do...but it's not them it's the same person.
Basically they want to look good in their "facebook friend's eyes". Sounds farfetched, I know, but I'm pretty sure that's what's going on here.
So you think kip doesn't exist? Mark Singer went to his dental practice!
Is Dan Baxley really Kip? What does he stand to gain defending his friend?

How would you know?
This is all a great discussion, but here's the one thing I keep thinking about. Someone that raced that much, and he did quite a bit before his cheating string, would he just stop racing cold turkey? I mean he was racing all the time, so we out him and he just stops? I almost find that hard to believe especially if he's in that much denial about it and justifying what he did. He's gotta be out there racing somewhere...
He no longer mentions he's a runner on his dental practice website
What a clown

Or finding other things to cheat in... it doesn't have to be limited to running.
That Kip was able to get away with so much cheating was never a big mystery to me. Marathon "races" are events with tens of thousands of participants, 90% of whom are merely trying to finish, 9.9% of whom are trying to finish in a personal goal time but aren't really competing to win, and 0.1% of whom are actually trying to win and might expect to duke it out with a few other fast guys who show up. 99.9% of people are zoned out and don't care about cheating because it doesn't affect their personal goals. The only person who would care about Kip cutting their marathon would be a rare 50-yr-old Letsrunner who showed up in his old college team's singlet and was hoping to take home an age group award. If LetsRun didn't exist, then Kip would certainly still be up to his antics.
I have learned from what I believe is a very reliable source that Kip has NOT run 6 marathons in the past year, but rather, 6 races. Two of these have been sub 3 marathons. What makes me furious is that he has secureda BQ in the process!! I am so angry I am about ready to strangle someone. I am doing my best to try to find out what name he used. I do know that he used a different age to throw people off. So far I know its in the 40-49 age group.
Beware, from what I know I believe he is trying to lay low until the marathon run offer is in the $10,000+ range before he accepts. He apparently can still go sub 3 so don't be fooled and let this guy con you out of your hard earned money! L Be very wary!!!!!!!

He still cheated
Are you saying he cheated in the two marathons he ran this year? Either way if I can get the name he used I am gonna let the BAA know.
In the past he definitely cheated
In those 2 races he supposedly ran, hand over the fcckin names he used so we can analyze the photos and splits
Thanks muthafvcka
He's running at Dartmouth this weekend in the mile (against Sam Chalenga) and the 3k. I heard his 3k PR was like 7:13...can anyone confirm that?
He's on the startlist for the 3k at Kent St tomorrow.
