This link lists all of those who qualified from the 1979 Kinney South Regional, most of whom did not wind up in the top 15 at nationals.

If full nationals results were printed at some point, maybe one of them kept the souvenir with his/her name.

That just lists the SE Regional results...basically useless. Since 1979, the SE elite rarely finish in the top 10 at the championship race.

Sully or Kalaby might have the results.

After searching for many years, I now possess the boys results from that day-Dec. 8, 1979. I am willing to provide proof up front.

I will send them to anyone in the letsrun community that can help me obtain the list of the 1979 High School Cross Country All-Americans from Harrier Magazine which would have appeared ~Jan. 30, 1980.

I am a bit old school and not tech savvy so I have been unable to find the All-American list which

Why don’t you just post the results if you have them?

Long thread on a storied high school program but if you ctrl + f for "1979" you'll get to a top 25 finisher list for the Kinney Championships. For what it is worth, every place on the net has Tim Hacker listed as "Tom".
