This is my best time at any weight since 1999!

Everything i run from now on goes by bodyweight.... All of my personal records are listed by weight classes.... Because weight is all that matters when trying to get my best times.. It doesnt matter how strong i get in the gym. I am now 3 times as strong in the gym than 1999 and about twice as strong as 2007 but i havent been able to beat my time of 54.1 from 2007 at 6'0 and 197lbs until now... I ran this 53.78 at 6'0 and 210lbs..
53.35 - hand timed... I was just going for my record at weights over 208lbs from 2012 of 55.5 because my best this summer so far had been 56.0. In 2012 my best time was 55.5 at 6'0 and 210lbs..My top 3 times from 2012 were 55.5 , 56.5, 57.5 and the other 14 races i ran were all over 58.25. Which just goes to show how rare this is for me to get even close to 55 seconds at this heavy of a weight.. Its all about weight..
I just ran 56.0 two weeks ago so i thought if i could beat 55.5 then that would be good. I NOT ONLY BEAT MY TIME FROM 2012 I WENT AHEAD AND JUST BEAT MY TIME FROM 2007 OF 54.18 !!!! This now is my fastest time at any weight since July of 1999. DO YOU HEAR THAT? JULY OF THE YEAR 1999!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
AT AN EXTREMELY HEAVY WEIGHT OF 6'0 TALL AND 210 LBS!!
The average professional 400 meter runner is anywhere from 135lbs to 175lbs.. With only ONE PERSON at 182 lbs at the absolute highest weight for all heights.THERE WAS NOBODY IN THE ENTIRE EARTH THAT IS A PROFESSIONAL OR OLYMPIC 400 meter RUNNER OVER THE WEIGHT OF 182 LBS in 2012..... Therefore i ran this on average a full 51 LBS heavier than the average professional 400meter runner!!!!! AND 28 LBS HEAVIER THAN THE HEAVIEST 400 METER RUNNER IN THE WORLD!!!
EVEN THE WORLD RECORD HOLDER WAS 6'1 and ONLY 175LBS WHEN HE SET IT...And i'm not even that tall. Im only 6'0 tall. I can understand if i was 6'3 or taller, then 210lbs would be a decent amount of weight for those heights..
My previous 4 runs in the 400 were ..
56.19
56.17
56.09
56.09 and i went all OUT on every single one of those 400s! Every single one of those 400s were tough to do... I cant believe that i just beat those times by 2.2 seconds.. and my best time from last year i beat by 1.7 seconds.
THE LAST TIME I RAN FASTER THAN 53.78 WAS IN 1999 WHEN I WAS ONLY 182 LBS!!!!!!!!!!! DO YOU SEE THE COINCIDENCE? Right around or below 182 LBS IS A PRIME RUNNING WEIGHT TO BE AT... ITS BASICALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AROUND THE TRACK AT THIS WEIGHT AND ONLY 6'0 TALL! I AM 3 TIMES AS STRONG NOW IN THE GYM THAN 1999 BUT I WAS FASTER BACK THEN BECAUSE I WAS ALMOST 30 LBS LIGHTER ..
The last time i ran my 4 by 200 workout before the last one i ran 1:47.88 total time at night in wet conditions and then later that week i pushed myself as hard as i could and ran a very good 56.0 which was only .5 slower than my best time all of 2012...THEN a week later i set another record in the 4 by 200 meter workout when i ran 1:47.5.. so i was thinking that since i only beat my previous record by .3 of a second and i ran 56.0 after the last time i ran , i thought i would just barely beat 56.0 and run around 55.5 which would have been close to get my record from last year.
BUT i now have extremey under estimated just how hard that 1:47.55 workout was because it was done in 59 degree to 60 degree cloudy weather!!! it is impossible to run in the cold and i started to get too much lactic acid build up on the 3rd and 4th rep..of 200s..so it should have been faster but i dont know by how much. IF its warm out when i run it again im going to really see how fast i can run that workout in. I would go out to the track and push myself as hard as i could and still be able to only run 59 seconds sometimes in 2012. thats how much technique is involved in running a 400 meter dash at 210!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was 69 degrees out when i ran this.. No wind and sunny.. So it was basically perfect running conditions.. that 9 degrees more makes a huge difference. I went out at around 25.7 could have been even 26.0,, which means i ran the second one at 27.7.. so just goes to show i have room for improvement on my first 200.. My first 200 needs to be 24.7 but it needs to be a relaxed 24.7..
Need to keep arms up more on the last 100 too.. and take 4 more deep breathes.. And I only weighed 197 in 2007 when i ran 54.18.. wow so im heavier and faster.. Thats hard to do. For heights over 6'5 then 210lbs is still heavy for track... But im only 6'0 tall.. IM not even that tall and i weigh this much for track.
WOW I CANT BELIEVE HOW MANY 400 METER DASHES I HAVE DONE SINCE 1999 AND I STILL COULDNT RUN FASTER THAN 54.1 TILL NOW! ITS NOT LIKE I HAVENT BEEN TRAINING ALL THESE YEARS FOR THE 400.. I HAVE DONE HUNDREDS OF 400 METER RACES SINCE 1999... EVERY SINGLE SUMMER ALL OF MY WORKOUTS ARE TRAINING FOR THE 100, 200 AND 400... I HAVE TRIED SO HARD TO RUN FASTER THAN 56.0 THIS SUMMER.. ITS NOT LIKE I WASNT TRYING ALL THESE YEARS.. THIS IS JUST SO INCREDIBLY TOUGH TO RUN AT THIS HEAVY.
Also with professional starting blocks this shouldve been a 53.1.....
