She is not razor-thin but is in phenomenal shape.

No. End of thread.
hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah
No, but she could break your dick.
Agree that she's in great shape but her training is focused on being able to generate exposive power repeatedly on short rest and has nothing to do with sustaining speed for more than a few seconds.
I recall a few years ago Marat Safin was very proud of himself for being able to run a 5:30 mile. He had a body type that was much better suited to miling than Serena + had decided to use running for fitness.
MAYBE she could run an 8 minute mile, doubtful for 7, no way for sub 6.
It's funny how LetsRunners are so insecure about their running ability, that they can't fathom the idea of a non-runner being able to run a 4:59.99 mile. A sub-5 mile is usually just a baramoter for having a good fitness base in a sport that involves lots of running. I could do it easily when I was playing tennis in high school and using running as supplementary exercise.
How nice for you, jamin. But Serena could not break 5:00
I am not even sure Jordan Hasay could break 5 minutes now. With her focus on longer events.

But YOU probably don't have buttocks the size of truck tires.
Serena would make a better shot-putter or discuss thrower than miler! Seriously.

She may be able to run sub 60 in the quarter but sub 5? No way.
she might run a decent 400m, but she is a long sprinter at best, not a distance runner.
Not a chance. Possibly she could break 6. Definitely she could break 7.

Seriously...she could kick my A$$ and probably bench more than I can...sick.
No probably not. After she tried and was all sweaty, I would eat ice cream cake off her azz though. So she's got that going for her.

you are a skinny little dickweed though. so it is not surprising that any female athlete could kick your a$$ and bench more than you.

Was that tone necessary? EPO made an honest comment and you came full-throttle all guns blazing with your disparaging remarks. Please apologize to the lad and refrain from that language in the future. Thank you.
To finish Here is the way it is's thougtht:
"Not a chance. Possibly she could break 6. Definitely she could break 7." She could break 8 running backwards.
Zero, and I mean ZERO percent chance, imo, that she could run sub5.
This is laughable.
I saw her at a race once. She can't even run under 22 minutes for a 5k.
