His doggy door is so large someone can easily just go through that entrance if they want to break in and the bathroom window does not even have a lock on it nor an alarm detector. I let him know these things and he said, well I'm paying for the alarm bill so we should use it. Then he said people who break into houses wouldn't exit the doggy door and they'd use a real door which, would set the alarm. I didn't agree. Then we got into an argument about locking the doors when I am home but, he said I should leave the front door open when I'm home to cool down the house... ahahahha so the door can remain open to cool the place but, if shut then it has to be locked?
Are all homeowner this freaking hard headed and stupid or only my roommate? I love the guy- friend that is but, really...Don't try calling someone out without thinking about it first.
I thought my parents were dumb but, this guy... ;)
So, am I in the right to voice these obvious flaws in his home protection? Or should I just say, "yeah sure" to everything? What would you have said?
