My view on small caps 1) worst fundamentals with 60% of the companies have debt one level above junk, 2) low interest rates and plentiful liquidity allowed bad business models to survive, 3) those tail winds are headwinds, 4) a pure momentum trade, so choose your weapon carefully, and 5) past returns are not indicative of future results.
