HOly ****!!!!!!!!!
i thought he was gonna win it for second. truly a balls out race
He pushed a little too hard at 400. He could've had gold.
Silver = 1st loser. Time to move up to the marathon.
surprised to see him up front so early. especially opening in 50.xx

Truly exciting to watch! I was rooting for him...
I was so hoping he would hang on for the win. Still it's a magnificent achievement. Well done Nick!
congrats to nick. it was great to see him change up tactics a bit. im used to seeing him in last with 200m to go and that never really worked out too well on the international scene. slowly moving up from 200m-600m into the race, sitting in second or third then using his kick
I was impressed that he really went for it. You always see him back so far but he was 2nd at 400 and had eyes on the prize the whole time. Kudos to him and Duane for going for it.
He changed his tactics, led at the bell by a whisker. May be a new strategy, season's best for Nick in 1:43.55.
When your existing tactic has never gotten you on the podium, it's time to try something new. I loved his race and the fact he was in position throughout.
he went for it. if he had sat back, you would be criticizing him for going out to slow..
Gotta give him credit for going after it. Definitely a bitter sweet race for him. Silver is great and all, but you could tell he was disappointed not to get the win.

Watching it, I had this same thought. I'd have to see it again, but I think he really started moving up at about 300 meters in which is not his norm (unless the pace was slow..wasnt really paying attention to it) Congrats a well deserved silver, though.
That's how you race. Balls freaking out.
Awesome race by Nick!

Darn straight, now that was a race! He went for Gold from the start.
Not a fan of Symmonds. Thrilled to see Aman won. Would be pretty cool if Soul Man was able to get medals in two events.
Excellend race for Symmonds. A real change in tactics. Aman was good and had a great kick.
