Yeah, she'd win more if she did that.

2:49.25 last 1000.
59.9 last lap
Dibaba destroys the field with her kick, 30:43, 59.96 last lap.
59.96 last 400.
I know the a lot of emotions come out after such a race, but the Japanese girl shouldn't cry.
She is the people's champ.
did I just hear this right? 59.96 last lap
Wow
Thats
Fast
Quite possibly the worst coverage ever...even by NBC standards.

You're right. She should have run like Shalane. Shalane took a risk in leading, and she may have gotten her behind kicked, but at least she earned the respect of some people on Letsrun. She can sleep well tonight - Dibaba, not so much.
Japanese girl just got used, but she should have known that she was being used lol
Holy shit.
Who would watch NBC when BBC coverage is available?
Didoper can not be stopped!
Brendan Foster just promoted Dibaba from "queen" of distance running to "empress"
Shalane Flanagan did the best fadeaway I have seen since Michael Jordan. What happened to Hasay? Cain could have put up more of a fight.
Cain can't even beat Sarah Baxter....

1949.99 - for 6400.. Somone do the math.. Hasy at 6400 - 20:26.36. Hastings at 6400 - she is about to be lapped - 20:57.

27:16.96 - 74.15... for 8400.
28:31.08 - 74.12. Nothing happening up front. Hasay is moving out to lane two very nicely to let them come around. Nice gesture. Hasay lapped as they have 700 left.

Then Gladys Cherono 3045.17
Oljiria 30:46.98 just takes bronze from Emily Chebet at 30:47.02. On the inside. Chebet leaned by Oljira was coming fast.
Not sure what for Hasay and Flangan and hastings as live results are all screwed up. Hasay didn't run 3105 as they are reporting. Off for interviews go to iaaf site. it should be up soon.
Dibaba led the last 5 laps of the 5,000 meters in London last year. Ended up 3rd.
