It's common knowledge that those valuing websites are total horseshit.

I post here every now and again.
I use 1 name regularly, but frequently make up names for random posts. About 50% of my posts are using these random names.
I post with this handle c80% of the time
I'm at least 8 or 9 people.
all the posts in this thread were written by the OP
I use 2 different names usually. a kid at my uni called me out when I started a thread, so I had to switch.
I wish people would talk about me more.
I'm still quite impressed with myself.
I've got a main handle (not his one) and two or three others I regularly use
I was more prolific than usual yesterday, and have been so most of this summer. I use between 2-10 names. If brojos want to allow this game of anonymity, then what's the point of always using the same name?
there are surprisingly few different opinions about things. I post about once a day here lately. Sometimes when I get really into it I might make several posts on one thread. I'm never on more than 2 or 3 threads. At my most active I was making about 5 posts a day. I'm not an identifiable LetsRun character as far as I know.
I had a username but someone stole it and registered it. Now I use two, depending on my mood. I also make up names just for the hell of it too.
There are between 10-20 posters on this site ... and 30,000 lurkers.
I create usernames based on thread composition.
I am this today
I will be that tomorrow
Handles are fleeting
how many people does letsrun need to make an interesting and engaging community? I think we have enough for that.
Most content on any forum is usually generated by a small minority of contributors. It typically follows a power law. There are probably about 10 "power posters" posting to most of the threads at any given time and the number of posts by any particular person probably drops exponentially if you sort people by their post frequency.

looks like over 700k per month, 73% male, but most of us aren't getting laid. Way fewer kids than normal.

Or maybe letsrunners are getting laid, but the significantly higher than average grad school group is keeping the number of kids down.
