Maybe once a week or every other I'll eat too much and throw up after. Im not a compulsive bulimic or anything and feel completely in control. I would just rather out than in. I feel like whatever I puke I dont crave that food anymore, so right now I no longer crave/eat icecream, frozen yogurt or cinnamon cake. I know this isnt normal, but is it dangerous?
Also, I am a 21 y/o female, trying to get lean for XC.
