I guess that's why the anti doping agency exists. The conflict is just too great otherwise...
Is their truly no conflict of interest? Would a positive Bolt result really get published? Are the stakes too high?
Lance's positive came many years after his retirement. Not when he was active/at his peak...
It's always easier to publish a positive test result when the impact is not as big. Espeially when we talk about a positive test result tha happened years ago. The excuse is: this is in the past, drug testing is much stronger now, this could not happen anymore...
