sometime tell me how this transformation occured

You're obviously looking for someone to say that he's doping. Why bother making a thread like this?
maybe you can explain it?
Hard work, Alberto Salazar's "gimmicks" and improved biomechanics and sprint speed
He drank lots of eggnog.
I have all the answers but you don't deserve them.
bare with me here.
so one day he was like " mannn i wanna be super fast" so he was thinking... how can i get fast?? i know! i will do some workouts with my wife on my back to build strength, and when my wife wants me to do the laundry i will throw it in the bathtub and stomp on it till its clean. yea... that'll do the trick, so after many days of this he was better, but still not as good as he wanted to be, so then he started to go to his wife's yoga and spin classes, this really did the trick for him. but he wasn't quite there yet. to build even more strength and speed he decided he would run through the Detroit with his gold medals and then taunt all the poor people with his gold medals! then they would release their dogs and he would sprint away from the dogs as fast as he could ( this is how he developed his kick). this is how he became so fast. you are welcome.
Doping of course. Not the obvious stuff like EPO or blood doping but special "visits" to Rupp's Thyroid "doctor"
The old fashioned way with EPO and hard work.
reason im asking
it seems unlikely
i worked in pro cycling and that ability level is usually shown early unless peds are involved later
yes , where did that sprinting speed or kick come form!!!
do you still think rudisha is clean , now that other
kenyans are clearly on same formula .
yes , epo or blood doping or thryroid meds but how
can cant get away with benefit of such high continous hemacrit anymore and get away with it.
still dont explain the speed .
oh lets ask kipriop or sorry rudisha
sarms baby .
Increased speed on daily runs from ~7:00 miles to 5:30-6:00 pace.
Began working out in the gym with high-weight/low-rep compound lifts (squat, deadlift, etc.) and a highly periodized transition to turn that strength into power, and subsequently into speed.
A better training partner.
Better recovery methods, ie. AlSal's "gimmicks," which allow him to absorb all of the above.
Working on mechanical changes in sprinting, more efficient at high speeds, better top end power (especially combined with the lifting mentioned above).
Darren Treasure (the unsung hero of NOP).
Salazar discovering you have to work on leg speed velocity rather than foot drive.
The big breakthrough came when he defeated The Cube, which granted him 1 wish (obviously he chose foot speed velocity). To this day, he's the only person to ever beat the Cube.
He eats mainly meat and avoids disgusting fiber.

You obviously don't know who Mo trained with before because they are all better than Galen Rupp. And, Mo still spends some time in Kenya training with his old group even while he's under Salazar.

Why do you think so many Europeans come to train/race in the US?
USADA only cares for US athletes. Lots of sponsors. For foreigners, it's doping heaven.
go ahead and watch the finish area after the race. kiprop is bent over sucking air, and farah goes prancing off with no signs of stress or strain.

Yes, running lots of mileage, lots of speed, big volume for workouts, and also hitting the weight room for months/years will do that. It is called fitness.
For the person saying MO didn't show promise early on...are you kidding me? He was a junior phenom. This didn't come out of nowhere.

Totally looks like he came from the couch to 3:28 and change.
