Start a thread on Asbel soloing a 3:27

A 5k/10k guy running a 3:28 is more impressive and thread worthy.
Also Kiprop had pacing through to 1200. That's not solo.
if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and soundss like a duck, it's probably a duck. absolute doper. if you think otherwise, you're propogating a naive fairytale.

Or, you know, one of the greatest distance runners of all time. But we should continue to drag him through the mud with no evidence. Carry on.
top 4 in todays race dope city

Years from now when some one says "I trusted my nutritionist' please remember this moment. Sorry, PEDs are involved somewhere, somehow
Yeah, a "clean" farah is faster than Ovett, Coe and Cram.

He just ran a huge PR at age 30. A PR that makes him one of the best ever in that event - an event he doesn't focus on - when his PRs in his actual events are not nearly on the same level.
Pretty dang suspicious to me.

I would agree: just incredible for the 10k Olympic champ! Has he planed to run a fast 3k soon?

Of all time? Because if we're talking "time" lets be sure to isolate 2011--present, as up to 27 years old Mo Farah was, at best, the European champion.
Much like these 30 year olds sprinting faster than they ever have before...it SCREAMS.

eh ???
he took the lead before the bell
10k runner, 30 years old and now the 6th fastest performer at the 1500 as a non 1500m specialist.
If this was a guy from Morocco we would be up in arms with accusations.

typo I meant to type 1100...He had pacing until ~1050m. Still not solo
Steve Cram really was shocked. Understandable.
Farah's career really is very unusual, unprecedented I would say. For many years he usually finished in the pack - now he is double Olympic champ and Nr. 6 all-time in the 1500m - hardly his speciality.

That is correct, but he didn't solo like saladbar claimed.
Please stop boring everyone with the PED talk.
The fact that Farah broke Steve Cram's 28 year-old record is threadworthy in itself.
If he were found to be on 'something' would it really come out? Just like Bolt he's a face of the sport and if either were found to be doping it would surely cripple the sport.
Funny how crammy probably has his suspicions and is quick to make sly comments about Africans, i.e maklouhfi, but would stand by Farah.
im sure cram has his doubts now
farah is too strong
im not buying it for a second
