Right, because she's definitely going.
I can't tell if this is sarcasm or not.

So what does this mean? Can Hasay go or not?
Yes, she can.
Yes, Hasay is going.
hasay is in, Erdmann has to run the A standard now to make it was well :(

Can she run again with Erdmann on the 19th?
No way Salazar lets her, he wants her to conserve as much energy as possible.
Conn Fused wrote:

She is definitely going, but screwed over Tara by not going 1 second faster. They can't send 2 with the B, so if Tara doesn't get the A, she can't go. If Tara gets the A, they both go. If not, Jordan still goes and Amy Hastings gets the 3rd spot.
Reminds me of when Salazar micro-mananged Rupp's AR 10k attempt and then he got schooled by Solinsky, some Kenyan and Chelanga.
Al needs to re-evaluate and realize that too much AlSal ain't good for anybody............
Right, I mean Alsal changed her form in 3 weeks? Get the F, out of here with your form changing? If you were really concerned about her being more economical, you would cut her hair...This guy is just really getting weirder by the day,,

Not a bad prediction on my part!
It means I am great on predictions!

Not at all. Hasay is going so there's no reason for her to run another 10k, as you pointed out.
Bet she does at least 8 laps with Erdmann, bit of pacing they need runners, lol
Hasay goes regardless. If Erdman gets the 'A' - the team is Flanagan, Hasay, and Erdman.
Huge improvement in one season. The question is - how much better can she be?
Is the plan to get her to 30:45-31:00 and then make her a marathoner in 5 years?

She is definitely going unless an enchantress shuts her away in a tower in the middle of the woods.
Hasay post-race interview:
"I wanted to try to get the 'A" for Tara but I was really close. I feel bad but I tried my best. I felt really good but am just still learning the event and get a little scared in the fourth and fifth mile.
I'm really proud that I get to go (to Moscow).
I just kind of fell asleep on the fourth mile a little bit. The big finish wasn't just quite there.
It was exactly like when I ran 32:06, I just had to close in 70 and I thought I had it (this time), it was really close."

Apparently there was zero wind.
This works out good really in the end as now Hastings will get to go.
Haha...Jordan planned it perfectly and screwed Erdmann...

Really sucks for Erdmann. She could have benefited from the exposure of making a world team a lot more than Hasay too...
Yeah, like, if she made world's she might get a Nike contract and a good coach...

No confidence that Erdmann will run the 'A'?
I don't think it is likely, but it isn't totally impossible.

That will be decided on Friday.
