Oddly disappointed, like after waking up from a dream, and despite the fact that it couldn't have possibly been true, still wishing it was.

My reaction: Why?
I may be completely wrong, but Tyson Gay seems more honorable than most people I've met. I don't see him making a conscious decision to dope. I am curious about what drug was in his system, how it got there, and what the benefits of that drug might be.
If I am correct, Tyson Gay is going to be completely transparent in this situation, and we will learn quite a bit about drugs in the sport before his situation leaves the spotlight.
Not a surprise that a Gay tested positive.
Saddened. I really like him, he always comes across as classy and sincere guy. I was happy to see him beat Gatlin.
I really hope and doubt there is some evidence based reason that he should not be held liable.
He was one of the good guys, I thought.
If Geb is ever proven dirty I'll stick to high school meets.

Enlightened?
Based on Gay's comments, Powell's statements, and rumors I've read about some new sports drink containing the banned substance, I find it fascinating that clearly all of these athletes are constantly walking a fine line to get an edge over their competitors. Of course many of them want to do as much as they can to help themselves without doing anything illegal (unless they are just pathologically crazy like Marion Jones). Now it came back to bite them.
