I find it fascinating that the argument goes this way: "they defeat us at youth championships because they are over-age but they defeat us at other stages because they are doped."
You somehow miss the fact that when athletes from other parts of the globe see, how fast the 25 year old "juniors" are, they will be discouraged from the sport.
Countries like Kenya and Ethiopia shouldn't be allowed to compete at junior championships. The competition then turns into a farce.
