Many people seem to think that True will be the odd man out in the 10k Thurs night - doesn't he have an auto pass into the World Champs due to his placing at World XC?

No, the World XC placing meant he did not have to run the A standard of 27:40 (which he has run anyway) but he still has to qualify.

Thank you. lol @ OP
Correction, he has only run 27:41, but the A standard is 27:45.

It's actually 27:40 (27:45 was last year for the Olympics). He would not have it without his high finish at World XC.
