there have been summer all-comers at birmingham h.s. in the san fernando valley and at santa monica h.s. in the past (maybe the distant past), but i haven't seen anything posted recently. check out prepcaltrack for updates...
What part of the state? San Diego has some great track meets. Google summer nights.
if u are in norcal or planning to go there. Los Gatos high school hosts all comers every thursday from starting 5:00 i think.
