True. He's the fourth best in that group as I see it. It's not over til it's over, though.
True came on strong too early and ran some tough solo marks but he's had a long season.
I predict True will go home devastated.
Guys, can we change it to "who will go home broken hearted?" Like on the Bachelor? That would be great.
Ritz - he's got the most practice crying at the finish line. It's what he does.
It's honestly close enough that you cannot say anyone is safe.
Yes, this includes Rupp.
Derrick and Ritz both go home, Rupp, Teg True 1, 2, 3.
Hopefully not Rupp because he's the best shot at a medal. But stuff happens.
Rupp's name should not be included in the title.
He will run with pack for 7500, then he and Ritz will surge to try to break Derrick & True.
Rupp will coast for the win.
Derrick will finish 2nd, Ritz third.
True 4th -- 5+ seconds behind
Actually it's prob gonna be Derrick. But I hope it's Ritz, he's kind of lame.... like he never wins anything and his kick sucks the big one
I am starting to think ritz, but I think it is super close between ritz and true. I think the heat may get to ritz and he has another excuse that he is a marathoner now. Derrick and True will fight to the end.

I agree with this.
Lagat?

No
is he not running the 5000?
Derrick and True just need to set on Ritz for 9800 meters
and coast by him at the end. Its that simple.
Derrick to miss out..

Rupp can outkick the other 3 if it comes down to that, especially Ritz. Unless he's sick or injured Rupp should be in.
True is overrated as hell. Fanboys from Maine keep hyping him on the boards, I doubt he'll even finish as high as 4th.
It certainly should be close. First off, I think that Rupp will make it. For the other 3, I think it depends on how the race plays out. If they go out in an aggressive 13 low pace, I think that Ritz and Derrick will have the upper hand as the race nears the end, and True will be left off. However, I think that it is likely that this will be more tactical (unless Rupp decides to make it hard from the gun) and start off at 13:30 pace. In this case, I think that True has a much stronger kick that Ritz and the team will be Rupp/Derrick/True. It should be a good one.
