POTENTIAL $100 REWARD TO WHOEVER CAN GIVE THE ADVICE THAT HELPS FIX ME
Title of the thread says it all. I have had shin pain on the lower to mid inside and front of my shin for a year that I have tried to manage, but twice it has gotten so bad I could barely walk, and it is getting there again. I tend to pronate inside, but stability shoes only made it worse. So I started running in nike lunaracers and the pain was manageable for a few months, but then came back. I took 10 weeks off last winter, and the pain was still there the first day back that i jogged a mile. Icing and compression makes it worse, not sure what makes it better aside from time off. This is my final year of running and i am hoping for a good summer of training. anyone have anything like this or any suggestions? If you fix me, I swear i will give you $100.
