That was hard to watch
man he sucked
In cases like this the athlete should be given an EPO exemption.
Whatever about Webb but that video was awesome. More race videos need to be done in that style. All it needs is the split times to pop up on screen.
4 minute mile equivalent time in the 1500 meters (3:42.20)
Bannister would have beat him

Should be doable with a little post production editing, right?
I agree. I love the trackside style. Those idiots running on the track need to watch their backsides though. These kinds of videos give some sense of the speed and beauty of running. Great for the fan, and they help the non-runner appreciate racing.

Who was that whuss who laid on the line at the end like he just set a world record?
this is the coolest type of race video ever!! felt like i was right there with them. why don't they do this more often! probably quite a hassle to have a golf cart on the track but still. fantastic video
Viewer discretion advised indeed. He looked terrible from start to finish.
Classic U-Texas d-bg.
Great video. I agree. Split times would have been nice.
A tad ironic that they run the 1500m in the "American Milers Club"
It was a motorcycle.
In fairness, Bannister's best at 1500m was 3:43.6 and that at age 25, pretty much in his prime.
He legitimately passed out. Like out cold.
Seriously - when is NIKE going to drop Webb?
I wish I could still keep my job and bring home a bangin' paycheck after performing that poorly.
