I am doing this research for a statistics class, and here's what I want you guys to do:
1. How many MPW you run and if that is mostly quantity or quality (distance runs vs. speedwork)
2. And your 5K time, but make sure if its an old PR, you know how you were training when you ran it. In other words, your 5k time that you ran as a result of your listed training.
