That's definitely Joe Abbott, formerly of Washington State now running as a post-collegiate without a sponsor. Showed promise in college at 800 but never got a title. I believe he just recently ran 1:44 but can't be sure.

Pete Julian, of Washington State, is Alberto's assistant coach. I'm assuming that Abbott is able to workout with the NOP athletes while not on contract himself. After his 800 in Portland maybe he'll get his chance to be a full fledged member.
