7:54 for the first 3k????? Holy s---- that is fast are you sure this is accurate???
Reportedly ran for the win in ~1:04. Through 5K in 13:41.
Probably net downhill for the start.
Renato working his magic?
Which is more likely, that a pace car at a first-time half marathon didn't provide an FAT 3K split, or that Hall PRed at 3K and then ran ~ 55:00 for his last 10 miles?
Hall sounds like a local road warrior who gets psyched because the mile split at his 10K was really fast.
Did his imaginary sky wizard give him this split? Guy's a joke.
On the other hand 55 for ten miles is only 530 pace...kinda slow for a half
According to Sarah Hall's Twitter
"Impressed with @ryanhall3 's race considering it was at 4,000 ft elevation & off 6 weeks of training!"
My question is, what's up with Hall if he's only been training for six weeks? It would appear that he's really struggling with injuries.
If he split 5k in approx 13:41 and was around 1:04 for the race, then he ran the last 10M in 50:xx, not 55.
13:41 could be a timing mat and could be consistent with a first 3k in 7:54 [followed by 2k in 5:47]. He also mentions paying the price in the last 10k, so plausible 5k aplits might be something along the lines of:
13:41
15:00
15:45
16:30
= 20k in 60:56 + 3 low for the last 1097m = "aournd 1:04" for the race.
Is there any proof to this? Any video from the race or anyone there watching?

Downhill with a hurricane at his back.
Can't find the results anywhere.
The city of San Jose, Costa Rica is 3,800 ft. BTW.

You're the joke. What traumatic experience in your youth made you so judgmental and angry?
Wait- are you mad because he shoves his religion down your throat while you shove your hatred of religion down everyone elses?

Unless it was downhill, that is a suicidal pace...it was regardless.
I ain't angry, I'm LOLing and just letting you know your imaginary sky wizard worshipping hero is a fraud. I wouldn't be surprised if he is using 'God' as a scapegoat for his doping sins. oooooooooo snap! By the way, read a science book you ignorant fool!

Right. So, God didn't create the earth? The earth magically created myriad complex life forms all on its own? There's a God. Get over it.
It's called evolution and its based on science and factual evidence instead of your parents brainwashing you as a child
Did he win the race?

Sorry, science dictates that life cannot spring forth from nothing. By the way, God created science so I think He knows how it works.
