Our bones continue to grow? Don't most people stop growing by the time they're 20?
My stomach kept on growing until I was in my forties, my heart and lungs since.
Gene regulation, cell specialization, DNA.

Lobsters can't even hold hands.
They are like koi. They grow to as large as the container they are in will allow for.
