LR has provided a very informative breakdown of the competitors for Saturday's Dream Mile in an article on their home page. Seems like a great guide for those of us interested in the race. However, they claim there has been a lot of wondering as to whether a 5th American high schooler can break 4 minutes. They discount Verzbicas as the 5th because he was not an American citizen at the time. While this is true, are we really all wondering if a 5th American will go under 4 or simply whether a 6th high schooler will go under 4? Furthermore, it lists Cheserek as a possibility to be number five. Is he a U.S. citizen? Just wondering if this seems rational to the rest of you folks or if it's a jab at Verzbicas and/or another example of the LR writers's inability to distinguish their opinions from actual news. Thanks!
