What distance runner has the best physique? Off the top of my head I am thinking the male who takes the crown would be Max King. The guy is absolutely shredded. I can't think of what female has the nicest looking physique.
And when I mean physique I am talking muscle mass for given greatness in distance running since the average runner looks like the human stick figure.
Isn't part of your physique your height? No thank you to being 5'6". Great for distance running but that is about it.
Rich Froning has the big/shredded kinda physique you're referring to and is a decent runner (16min 5k judging from his fit Tri run leg).

I've always thought Morgan Uceny has a great physique.
She looks very strong and coordinated, besides the falls, but not bulky.

Kemboi and Lomong for sure. They each have a different type of "ripped". Lomong is built like a tank. Kemboi is tiny but jacked.

Lomong has definitely won the best physique. His abs are sick as hell for a 5000m runner he has an 8 packs. Been working on getting that for years and still never got that yet. For the women if you compare muscles id say its between coburn and franek.
Coburn is overrated because of that one picture that was photoshopped to death.
