Hi all,
My body currently feels like it wants to shift all of my weight to my left leg. If I try to stand with my legs straight and weight distributed equally, it feels awkward on my right leg and my right calf tires out after a while. When I walk or try to run, it also feels like my body is very out of whack.
This has been going on for a while (due to previous injury problems on my right leg, that made me want to shift my weight to the left) that I'm beginning to think that my hips must be stuck in this position or something.
Does anyone have any advice or similar experiences? Any help is appreciated.
