There goes the hope that Paula Radcliffes WR will ever be broken. Vivian Cheruiyot was the closest one. After birthing at age 30 I doubt she will come back to her old potential.

She was never a match, better chances have Gelana, Keitany, possibly Kiplagat
Vivian is not going to ever run a marathon. she'll run track forever.
where is vivian cheruiyot's marathon. now she will never run it first time. always only 10k.

I'm not seeing the logic. Plenty of women run FASTER after childbirth and plenty of women run FASTEST (for the marathon) into their mid-30s. Are you saying that the combination of both together precludes success?
No one is going to break Radcliffe's world record so I wouldn't be too upset about Cheriuyot's pregnancy ruining her chances.
Vivian doesn't even line up for a 10k race only world's best 10k.

They are saying that it lowers the chance of it happening. It was pretty clear

Well, you sure cleared that up.
vivian is worse than tirunesh 100% tirunesh can run 29:54:00 personal best. vivian won't ever improve 30:30:44 until her fu* long pregnancy layoff.
ok, calm down!

Tirunesh could possibly do it if she trains for it.
Vivi will come back stronger, that record's days are numbered, mark my words. I just hope she's many months along.
