I'm typically about 50-60 miles a week bu every few months I hit a stretch where I don't wanna run at all and I wind up doing like 20 miles a week for like 2 weeks.
I feel guilty every time this happens and just feel like crap all week, usually after 2 or 3 weeks I find my motivation again and get going, but I just dont understand why this happens though. I feel like I'm losing fitness and coming back with work to make up each time, but it's likely that most of that is mental.
