My understanding is that she went down with injury last year--a serious muscle sprain or tear in her foot. That wiped out her 2012 season. It may or may not be fully healed, and she may or may not have gotten base training in healthy. You would probably have to ask her agent for details.
She's a great athlete. I hope she recovers.

A good question. I figured I'd try to crowd source the answer. Wurth Thomas was one of America's best 1500 runners who went sub-4 in both 2009 and 2010.

The question is whether she ran them healthy and with an adequate base. She hasn't run any 1500s since the injury as far as I know. Only 800s at around her once 1500m pace.
Does USADA (or WADA) list the athletes currently in the testing pool anywhere?
I'm not aware of a (public) list of the testing pool, or a list of athletes that have been pulled from that pool on the recommendation of the federation (USATF in this case).
But you can go the usantidoping.org and search for tests for each athlete by year. You should be able to see whether Christin was tested last year. I'm guessing what you're thinking and I don't want this to be interpreted in any way that I'm implying that she's cheating. From what I've heard, she really has been injured. But of course if you KNOW there will be no out-of-competition test...

Agree - she was limited in her ability to win due to her lack of a kick but I loved how gutsy she ran.
