It was 85 degrees and very humid (prior high here this year was 80) and I felt tired from a hard 10 miler on Sunday. I've got my biggest 1,500/3,000 of the season on Saturday. What can I run?
Background: Been averaging about 42 miles per week for 6 weeks now. My PRs are 2:00.76, 4:30, and 9:15 (3k) though I'm pretty sure I can destroy those times right now.
