Slower than Judd, Wilson - 2:00.95 (improves PR). I don't think she breaks 2 this year.
Slower than Baxter - let's say 16:05+ (mostly 77 sec laps) - I think she may have run a 5k four or five times and only in XC, so it's really hard to say. Based on her 3k time, should easily be sub 16, but I don't think she's there now unless she finds someone to provide a good tow.
But I will say this - she has really not disappointed anyone this year (or ever). These races might be no exception.
Her 4:04 is worth 1:59-point by the IAAF points and various calculators.
In a race with Montano and Savinova, if she doesn't try to hang with Mantano in the beginning, she could potentially go 1:57-1:58.
This would be funny as hell to watch, but with what Mary has in the final 100, if I was Salazar, I'd tell her to sit on Savinova until the last 100.
no way she runs faster than 1:59. she might run 1:59, but i'd bet on another 2:01 or 2:00. official guess 2:01.1
as for the 5k, she could certainly break 16 minutes. easily.. she ran 9:38 for 2 miles, which is probably worth 15:30 at least. i'd say 15:20s.

Cain would DEMOLISH Baxter in a 5k on the track. There is not a single high school girl that can beat her on the track at any distance from 800 to 5k. Stop acting like they're comparable due to Baxter's XC dominance. They're not. Cain would probably be disappointed with anything over a 15:30. There will be pacers with the intent of going after the A standard. I don't think anything in the 15:15-15:25 range is an unfair expectation for Cain.
